⭐ Every time I come here, it’s the same problem — no change available. I pay with cash, and I’m told they can’t break a bill because they don’t have enough change. Not everyone pays by card, and that’s completely normal. It’s frustrating that a business can’t handle a basic cash transaction. As a customer, I shouldn’t have to worry about whether the register has change. The most disappointing part is that this keeps happening, not just once. Very poor customer service.

Good first impression. Girl in the back the back was hustling like nobody's business! I wish could have filmed how quick she was churning out the orders. They got my online order right, done in time. Guy at the register was courteous and attentive and made sure to check the bag for straws. I could tell they were both tired but they were working hard, so Thank You both! 🔥 It's sad but I'm used to below average Jamba places, in which workers usually look confused or slow. Now I know that efficient Jamba locations do exist! 😃 The only thing I would say is that it would be helpful if Jamba (either online or through workers) would give instructions how to pick up the order. That would be super helpful for those that can't find parking and just want to rush in and out for an order. I saw a mobile order pickup spot and waited a while for my drinks to come out. After not seeing my drinks on the counter appear at the designated time, I realized I needed to still get in line to tell them I was picking up an order.

I came here expecting a normal breakfast, but the experience was honestly ridiculous. I ordered oatmeal with Nutella, and there was barely even a teaspoon of Nutella in the entire bowl. For a full bowl of oatmeal, that amount is simply not enough. The oatmeal tasted completely plain, with no sweetness at all. It was so bland that it was almost impossible to eat. I’m paying premium prices, and this is what customers get? I went back and asked where the Nutella was because it was practically nonexistent. Instead of fixing the issue or simply adding more, the employee kept pointing at the bowl saying, “Here is the Nutella. It’s there.” Yes, technically it was there — in such a tiny amount that it made no difference to the taste. What made this experience frustrating wasn’t even only the missing Nutella, but the dismissive and rude attitude. How hard would it have been to add a normal amount of Nutella so the oatmeal actually tastes like what I ordered? No apology, no attempt to solve the issue, no customer service whatsoever. Just passive-aggressive responses as if the customer is the problem for expecting the item to actually match what was advertised. I’m attaching photos beca

I like this place overall, but there’s one issue that’s really frustrating and honestly needs to be fixed. When you order mozzarella bites, both the 6-piece and the 12-piece come with only ONE sauce included. That just doesn’t make sense. If I’m ordering 12 pieces, I should be getting at least two sauces. One sauce is clearly not enough for that portion. What’s even more confusing is the inconsistency — some staff members will give you an extra sauce without any problem, while others strictly refuse and only give one. It shouldn’t depend on who’s working that day. There needs to be a clear and fair policy. Because of this, I’d rate this experience very low. It’s a small detail, but it really affects the overall experience. P.s.: The sauce issue may have been addressed, but the main issue still remains: if the oatmeal is supposed to come with Nutella, then customers should actually receive enough Nutella to taste it — not plain oatmeal with barely a trace of it on top.

This location of Jamba was nice and the employees were quick with making smoothies. I tried their plant based Peach smoothie and it was decent, but they need to bring back Peach Pleasure to their Classic Smoothie line. Despite that, I've always liked Jamba Juice so there's that!
